Good job on keeping this updated :) I think the body fat % is the right thing to keep an eye on, VS the actual "weight", since it could be muscle and/or water weight too.
I bought a new $60 scale today that measures weight as well as body fat and hydration levels. The new scale had over a 3 pound difference from the old scale I had been using which is reflected as a 4 pound gain on traineo as of today. Right after that, I stepped on the old scale and its reading was about the same as last time I used it. Although the number is new, I haven't gained any weight.
From now, I will be using the numbers on the new scale and recording body fat percentage as well. After weeks of watching my weight fluctuate between 220 and 225, I'd like more numbers at my disposal to show my progress.
Weight: 223.4 lbs Body Fat: 23.4% Last Distance Run: 2.7 mi / 30 min. (treadmill)
So, 4/17 was your best day for burning calories! Seems like an easy workout you could do daily... I'd say that's your best bet on your path to losing the last 20 lbs, haha!
Hey wait a sec... why are your logs empty? get on that ;)
